Common questions
How long does a portrait take?+
Most portraits are delivered in 3–5 business days from photo approval. Rush options are available at checkout.
Can I request a custom character?+
Absolutely — this is my favorite part. Tell me the story: pirate, ballerina, chef, superhero. If you can imagine it, I can paint it.
Do you offer memorial portraits?+
Yes. Memorial portraits are treated with special care and can incorporate meaningful symbols, favorite toys, or a note. A portion of memorial proceeds is donated to animal rescue.
What print sizes are available?+
Right now I offer 5×7 prints on Satin Finished — water-resistant paper.
What if I don't love the first proof?+
Revisions are free. I work until you say 'that's her.'
